The world's largest vacation Ownership developer is looking for a Sales & Marketing Recruiter who can find the best professionals on the planet! We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Recruiter with a high sense of urgency to schedule interviews, help strategically source, identify, prescreen applicants, interact with applicants and hiring managers, ensure compliance with background checks & drug tests screen and refer quality sales and marketing applicants who will support the above vision and mission of Wyndham Vacation Ownership. You will accomplish this by following service standards that are part of our culture of "Count on Me" while filling open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner at all sites within a designated region and by meeting or exceeding the hiring and retention goals. You will ensure Wyndham Vacation Ownership is the "Employer of Choice" in all our markets.





This individual will be responsible for applicant communications to ensure that our candidates have the information they need to make an educated career decision. This position is all about building relationships with Wyndham associates and applicants who wish to work for the largest vacation ownership company in the world! You will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of a successful, cost effective, state of the art recruiting function that will work closely with Director of Recruiting, Senior Leadership and Human Resources to create solutions related to creative staffing and turnover with a high sense of urgency.





Demonstrated success in recruiting function is desired and staffing experience in vacation ownership or sales environment is preferred. Ability to work with all organizational levels under tight deadlines, juggling multiple assignments and priorities. Flexibility with a positive high energy attitude combined with the willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and participate in the hands on work is required.

+ Excellent Computer/Technology Skills (Microsoft Office, Taleo, Jobs Boards, LinkedIn)

+ Approximately 25% travel

+ AIRS Certified highly preferred

+ Boolean search logic knowledge highly preferred
