The Occupancy Planning Coordinator is a key member of the ISA (Integrated Services for the Americas) team supporting strategic and tactical real estate planning solutions that meet the goals and objectives of ISA, CRE and corporate location strategy teams. The Occupancy Planning Coordinator interfaces with corporate real-estate and senior ISA leadership team to understand space requirements across both tactical and strategic initiative needs. The role will be 60% tactical space coordination and 40% strategic initiative support for ISA location strategy initiative.

/ Major Responsibilities: // /
* Maintain, manage and distribute ongoing inventory of allocated office space for the ISA organization across employees, contractors and vendors for NY Metro
* Apply knowledge to forecast space requirements based on verified existing space information, forecasted space supply/demand and growth projections in conjunction with corporate real estate team
* Support ISA office space restack efforts for NY and NJ locations working with ISA leadership team across functions
* Assist in the development of resource and skills requirements across ISA as required in coordination with ISA leadership team
* Assist in the development of vendor RFIs and RFPs materials as required in coordination with strategic sourcing
* Assist the team in research, analysis, and development of presentation materials as required in coordination with ISA location strategy initiative
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
* Detail oriented and well organized. Strong work ethic, with ability to make decisions with imperfect information and work under tight deadlines
* 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution or similar industry
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Demonstrated project management, organization, planning and communication skills
* High-level creative and analytical skills with hands-on approach on problem solving
* Ability to interact with all levels of management
* General understanding of IT technologies and outsourcing strategies
